We also offer ear piercing. FREE with purchase of a pair of earrings or $20.00 without.

We can engrave a large amount of items. There are a few different fonts to chose from and size depends on how much space is available. Engraving is typically $5 flat fee PLUS $1.50 per letter/symbol. We can engrave most jewelry and even some watches.

We provide appraisals for insurance with photographs and proper documentation for $59.00. Documentation will include things like karats of the metal, measurements and carats of the diamonds with their color and quality grades, and an estimated retail value. Only one item per appraisal (1 ring, or 1 pair of earrings). We also provide FREE verbal appraisals on any jewelry you are simply curious about.

Watch batteries can be replaced on site while you wait. It typically takes between 3-5 minutes to change a battery.

  • Standard batteries cost $6.50
  • Non-standard batteries cost $8.70

Battery size (non-standard VS standard) is determined by the watch and we do not get to choose which type we put in. Non-standard batteries are more expensive because they are either much larger or much smaller than a standard battery. Each watch will use the battery differently and because of that we cannot guarantee how long a battery will last. Batteries should last between 6 months to a year; however, some watches have batteries last 2 or 3 years. There is no such thing as a 5 year battery.

We provide on-the-spot battery replacements and on site jewelry repairs. Most repairs that need to be left with us will be completed within 24 hours. We pride ourselves in always providing excellent service and quality repairs at a reasonable and fair price.

We do recommend that anything with a stone be brought in at least every 6 months so that we can check the settings and clean them.

  • Standard cleaning (ultrasonic and steam) is FREE
  • Buff and Polish ranges from $8.00-$12.00 for a standard item.

Yellow gold and platinum tend to get dull over time and a buff and polish will remove most scratches and make them bright and almost brand new again. White gold has to be rhodium plated. Prices will vary for items that need extra care when polishing.
